  1. Terms of Service

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

  1. User License

2.1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Continuing Excellence, LLC’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  1. Course Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your course selection, please let us know by contacting info@continuingexcellence.com and we will be happy to assist you. Only courses that have not yet been completed and have been purchased within the past 30 days will be eligible for a full refund. The only exceptions to this may be accidental duplicate charges or if a legitimate grievance exists. In either case, please contact us at info@continuingexcellence.com.

  1. Reasonable Accommodations

Anyone needing special accommodations due to disabilities may contact us at info@continuingexcellence.com to help us meet your need(s). Please state your disability and the accommodations you are requesting. If we are not able to meet your need and you have already made a purchase, we will grant a full refund. Please note that only courses that have not yet been completed and have been purchased within the past 30 days are eligible for a refund.

  1. Grievance Policy

We hope that your experience with Continuing Excellence is a positive one. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@continuingexcellence.com. We will do our best to answer any questions and resolve any potential issues that may arise.


Continuing Excellence, LLC requests that you submit, in writing, your specific complaint in detail (whether pertaining to course content, functionality of the website, communications to or from Continuing Excellence, LLC, or anything else directly related to the use of Continuing Excellence, LLC’s website or personnel), in order for Continuing Excellence, LLC to further improve our website, courses, and customer interactions.

As appropriate, grievances will be reviewed by the Continuing Excellence advisory board, which includes licensed professional social workers, psychologists, and other professionals. (For more information about our board, please visit our website here: https://continuingexcellence.com/about.htm).

In the case of substantiated grievances, Continuing Excellence, LLC may offer a partial or full refund or other resolution acceptable to all parties. Any social worker not satisfied with a grievance resolution provided by Continuing Excellence, LLC may appeal to the approving entity or their jurisdictional board.

  1. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Continuing Excellence, LLC may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Continuing Excellence LLC is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Continuing Excellence LLC maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
