  1. Course Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your course selection, please let us know by contacting and we will be happy to assist you. Only courses that have not yet been completed and have been purchased within the past 30 days will be eligible for a full refund. In the case of substantiated grievances, Continuing Excellence, LLC may offer a partial or full refund or other resolution acceptable to all parties. Any social worker not satisfied with a grievance resolution provided by Continuing Excellence, LLC may appeal to the approving entity or their jurisdictional board.
